Every kid deserves a book that's theirs to keep.
For a lot of the children we meet, the book they pick off the Buggie is the very first one they've ever owned. We're setting out to change that 100,000 times over
What is the $100K for 100K Community Challenge?
It's a challenge we take on together: you raise $100,000, and we give 100,000 free books to kids by the end of June 2027. Every dollar raised is one more book in a child's hands.

Owning a book changes how a child sees themselves.
It's the difference between "this belongs to the library" and "this is mine."
In a lot of the homes we reach, there aren't any age-appropriate books. A child who gets to choose their own and take it home starts to see themselves as a reader. That's where everything begins.

How we hold up our end
Here's where those 100,000 books actually go. Wherever there are children who could use a book of their own, that's where the Buggie is headed.
- Schools
- Community events
- County services
- Police departments
- Youth nonprofits
